Answers

The URL address I received to set my password has expired. What do I do now?

Go to the "Login" page and click on the "Forgotten your password?" link. Fill out the details and send it to us. You will receive another URL address via email with which to set your password.

I have clicked on the URL address you sent me to set my password, but I get an error message when I try to reset it. What's wrong?

The alphanumeric sequence at the end of the URL address we send you is unique to your registration. The process of setting your password will not work without this sequence. Sometimes when you click on the address, the unique code at the end is not taken across to the Internet. You can copy and paste the whole address onto your browser to ensure that the process works.

When I click on the URL address you sent me to access my account I receive an error message advising me that the address has already been used. How do I access my account?

The URL address we send to you is designed to be used only once. This is a security feature to stop another person accessing your account. You can discard this URL address after you set your password. To access your account after the first time, use the "Login" page located under "Employer on-line" in the menu.

When I try to set my password I get an error message advising me that the URL address I am using is not consistent with my login code. Why?

The URL address we sent you to set your password is unique to your registration. It will only set a password for the login code that you registered. If you share an email address with someone else, you may be trying to set a password using their unique URL address. Alternatively, if you have more than one login code, you may be trying to set a password using the wrong login code.

I forgot my password and now I've had my access suspended. How do I get my access back?

You will have to Contact Us to have your access reinstated. This feature is designed to stop someone else "hacking" into your account. Once we have reinstated your access you can submit a forgotten password request through the Login page.

I'm trying to set my password without success. What's wrong?

To reduce the likelihood of someone guessing your password we have specific criteria that your password must match. The password must:

  • be at least 6 characters in length
  • contain at least one letter and one number
  • not be an obvious variation of your name
  • not contain your year of birth
  • not be an obvious word (e.g. "password")

How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time. After you have logged in to the website, click on the "Site details" link under the "Employer on-line" menu.

I've forgotten my password. What do I have to do to get another one?

Go to the "Login" page and click on the "Forgotten your password?" link. Fill out the details and submit the request to us. You will then receive an email from us containing an URL address with which to reset your password.

When I print, only part of the page is printed. How can I print the whole page?

Our web page is wider than an A4 portrait page. If you change your print setup to landscape (through print properties) you will capture the full width of the page. Alternatively, you can highlight the text (omitting the menu and the header) and print just the selected print range.
