RBF Employer Initiatives

The Retirement Benefits Fund Board is currently working on a number of initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of information transfer between itself and employer organisations. These initiatives include:

  • extending the capacity for electronic exchange of required member data from employers; and
  • the development of an interactive website for employers.

The e-Pay service is the first of these initiatives to be introduced. Other initiatives such as electronic forms and extracting RBF transactions directly from employer payroll systems are being developed.

RBF e-Forms

e-Forms allow employers to forward member data to RBF over the Web. The e-Forms included in the service are:

  • Add New Member;
  • Change Member Details;
  • Member Employment History; and
  • Member Termination Advice.

RBF e-Pay

e-Pay allows employers to transfer contribution information to RBF on the web. You will only need to use e-Pay if your payroll system cannot provide an extract file in RBF format.
