About RBF
The Retirement Benefits Fund Board (RBF) has managed superannuation for Tasmanian public sector employees since 1905. We provide wealth creation services to more than 75,000 past and present Tasmanian public sector employees and their partners through the administration of a number of superannuation schemes and retirement income products. The Board manages over $3.4 billion in investments by engaging more than 28 specialist investment managers across Australia.
RBF employs more than 140 staff in both Hobart and Launceston. Our offices are located at 39 Sandy Bay Road, Hobart and Level 1, 87 George Street, Launceston.

Contracts and Complaints Analyst
The position is situated in the Trustee Services Team of the Investment Product and Trustee Services Business Unit.
The Contracts and Complaints Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of the RBF Board’s contract management process and for ensuring that member complaints and reviews of Board decisions are managed effectively and in accordance with the principles of natural justice.
Tertiary degree level qualifications in Commerce, Law or other relevant tertiary degree level is desirable. To be successful in this role you will have substantial experience in a complaints and contracts management role within a regulatory environment.
Salary Range: $75,300-$88,600 inclusive of Super

Reviews and Complaints Officer
The Reviews and Complaints Officer is responsible for the administration of the RBF Board’s complaints and statutory review processes, ensuring that the principles of natural justice are applied for members seeking reviews of delegate decisions. The role also assists the Executive Officer Board in ensuring that best practice administrative and governance support is provided to the RBF Board, Board Committees, and the Executive Management Team.
Qualifications in law or superannuation is desirable along with experience in a complaints management role. Experience working in the financial services industry and knowledge of the associated Financial Services legislative and regulatory environment is essential.
Salary Range: $60,900 - $71,600

Are you experienced in providing mentoring and supervision in a dynamic team environment? The Member Contact Team Leader will manage individual and team performance, and work to improve processes and procedures ensuring member service benchmarks are met.
Based in Hobart you will possess well developed organisational and problem solving skills that will allow you to handle complex issues within a changing work environment. These positions are expected to promote and support substantial business and cultural change that RBF is currently undergoing.

Paraplanner
This position is situated in the Financial Services Team and is based in either Hobart or Launceston. You will perform tasks within established guidelines under the general direction and supervision of the Financial Planners to achieve specific goals and objectives.
You will be dedicated and focussed on the preparation of Statements of Advice and strategies to meet our member’s needs, along with supporting the compliance standards culture within the Financial Services Team.
This position will allow you to gain exposure to experienced Financial Planners, increase your technical skills and to learn more about the industry. Significant progress towards completion of the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services or equivalent qualification is essential.

Business Analyst
