Public Sector Superannuation Reform Act 1999
This is the governing Act that provided for the closure of the Contributory
Scheme and the commencement of the Tasmanian Accumulation Scheme

Retirement Benefits (State Fire Commission Superannuation Scheme) Act 2005
This is the governing Act that provides for the continuation and management of the funds of the State Fire Commission Superannuation Scheme as a sub-fund of the Retirement Benefits Fund, to validate the former administration of that scheme and to repeal the State Fire Commission Superannuation Scheme Act 1994.
