This agreement is governed by the law in force in the State of Tasmania,
and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of Tasmania and courts of appeal from them for determining any

If any part of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is void, unenforceable
or illegal then it will be deemed to be severed provided however that this
clause will have no effect if the severance alters the basic nature of
this agreement or is contrary to public policy.
